Greek Chicken Legs
Ingredients
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ Tbsp dried oregano
- 1-2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- ½ tsp salt
- freshly cracked peppep
- 2 Tbsp dry parsley
- 3½ to 4 lbs chicken legs
Instructions
- Mix yogurt, olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, lemon juice, parsley, salt and pepper in a bowl.
- Add chicken legs and marinade to a large Ziploc bag. Close tightly and toss to cover all chicken legs. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Place chicken legs in 9x13 glass baking dish and bake for 45-60 minutes, or until golden brown.
